All services are subject to project scope, timelines, and agreed quotations.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All projects require an advance payment before work commencement.
  • Any advance payment made towards projects, services, domain registration, hosting, or development charges is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Remaining payments must be cleared as per the agreed milestone or project completion schedule.
  • Delayed payments may result in project hold, suspension, or delayed delivery.

4. Project Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided based on project requirements.
  • Timelines may vary if the client delays approvals, content submission, feedback, or required information.
  • Zaco Infotech shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party services, APIs, hosting providers, or unforeseen technical issues.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements and necessary materials.
  • Ensure all content shared does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
  • Review and approve submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Revisions & Modifications

  • Minor revisions are included as per the agreed project scope.
  • Additional revisions or change requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
  • Major redesigns or redevelopment requests will be treated as separate work.

7. Domain & Hosting

  • Free domain or hosting offers, if applicable, are valid only for the first year unless otherwise specified.
  • Renewal charges for domains, hosting, SSL certificates, and related services will be payable by the client from the second year onward.
  • Failure to renew services on time may result in suspension or permanent loss of services/data.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment completion, the client shall own the final approved website/design/content created specifically for the project.
  • Zaco Infotech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Third-party plugins, themes, fonts, stock assets, or licensed software remain subject to their respective licenses.

9. Support & Maintenance

  • Post-delivery support may be provided for a limited period if included in the package.
  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, or technical support may be charged separately.
  • Emergency support or additional development requests are billed separately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zaco Infotech shall not be held liable for:

  • Business loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages.
  • Website downtime caused by hosting providers or external services.
  • Data loss due to hacking, malware, server failure, or client negligence.
  • Any third-party software or service interruptions.

11. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
  • Work completed until the termination date shall be chargeable.
  • Advance payments remain non-refundable.
  • Any pending dues must be cleared before project handover.

12. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party tools, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, or hosting providers. Zaco Infotech is not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing, or discontinuation of such third-party services.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to Terms

Zaco Infotech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
